Booking and rates
How much does it cost?+
Monday through Friday is $250, Saturday is $500, and Sunday is $350. Each price is the flat rate for that whole day. There is no hourly charge on top.
How does booking work?+
Send an inquiry with your date and guest count. We confirm the date, then a 50% deposit holds it. The balance is due before the event.
How does the deposit work?+
A 50% booking deposit holds the date and applies toward the flat rate: $125 Mon–Fri, $250 Saturday, $175 Sunday. The balance is due before the event. Deposits are non-refundable.
Does an open day on the calendar mean it is reserved?+
No. Seeing a day open on the calendar does not reserve it. The date is held once we confirm it and the deposit is paid.
How many events are booked per day?+
One event per day. The venue is yours for the booked day.
Hours and access
What hours do we get?+
Monday through Saturday run from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Sunday starts at 12:30 PM and still ends at 10:00 PM.
How do check-in and checkout work?+
Self check-in with a door code. On event day you receive the door code, Wi-Fi, and parking notes. At checkout, pack up, lock the door, and tap the checkout link by 10:00 PM.
Can I tour the venue first?+
Yes, by appointment. Weekdays are the easier days to tour. Call or text (757) 207-9292, or add a few times to your inquiry. We reply within one business day.
Food and house rules
Can we bring our own food, cake, and caterer?+
Yes. Bring your own food, cake, and caterer. There is no catering minimum. Sterno warmers are OK. Open cooking equipment is not allowed.
Is there a kitchen?+
There’s a catering room with counter space, a compact fridge and a microwave. It isn’t a commercial kitchen.
Can we decorate?+
Yes. Use Command strips. No glitter or confetti. You have the venue for the full booked day, so setup is not cut short by an hourly window.
Is smoking allowed?+
No smoking indoors.
The space
How big is the space?+
About 1,400 square feet, for up to 45 guests including children and vendors.
Do kids count toward the 45?+
Yes. Up to 45 guests total, including kids and vendors.
How many tables and chairs are there?+
Nine 6-foot rectangular tables, two 4-foot round tables, and 35 folding chairs for up to 45 guests. More chairs can be brought in. You set up the space your way.
Can we play music?+
Yes. The Apple HomePod is ready for your playlist.
Is there Wi-Fi?+
Yes. Guest Wi-Fi is included. You receive the details with your door code on event day.
