  • What is the venue capacity?

    The maximum capacity for The Spot 757 is 45 guests. This number includes all attendees—adults, children, and vendors —so please plan accordingly

  • Yes. We have on-site parking with designated guest parking located on the side of the building. Ample spaces are available for event attendees; please instruct guests to use the guest parking area.

  • The venue is 1,400 square feet. It’s laid out as a large foyer, a main room, and a back room (commonly used for food and beverage setups), providing flexible space for a variety of event layouts and needs.

  • Yes. Decorations are allowed, but please use only Command® strips. Nails, tacks, tape, adhesive putty, or any other adhesives that can damage paint, walls, ceilings, or surfaces are not permitted.

    Guidelines

    • Use only Command-style strips/hooks rated for the weight of your items.

    • Do not attach anything to light fixtures, ceiling fans, sprinkler heads, or HVAC vents.

    • Avoid attaching heavy items to drywall without proper hardware — if it’s heavy, plan for a free-standing alternative (easels, stands, weighted balloons).

    • Clean up after your event: remove all decorations and any residue left by permitted products, and return the space to the condition you found it.

    • If you’re unsure about a specific item or attachment method, ask ahead of time for approval.

    Failure to follow these rules that results in damage or extra cleaning may result in repair charges.
